How do you clean/skin frog legs?
I'm going to start frog gigging soon, and I know how to do that part, but I was just wondering if a fellow frog gigger could give me a step by step process on how you clean/skin them. And some batter recipes would be good, too. Thanks
What I do is take a tin snips and cut the legs off as close to the frog as possible and the either fold the skin back over itself and pull off with a pliers or take a knife and cut the skin away and pull it as you trim its not hard at all.. Hopes this helps.....
