What part is taken off a truck to make it sound louder?
Someone took a part off my friends truck to make it sound louder, but she said its not the converter or muffler. She needs to pass inspection but doesn't know what part it could be or needs. Any help? Thanks!

she said the only parts he took of are like two bolts and two ring things
Probably removed what is called the resonator. It is almost like a secondary muffler located at the rear in the tailpipe.
