If you're a beginner and not sure if drums are "right" for you... Then go ahead and get them. But if you're a serious hobbyist with a couple years of drumming experience. Then save your money and buy something better than those "pot lids". HB makes pretty good drums, but average cymbals.
Also, don't just buy cymbals blindly online. Go to the shop and audition them. Good cymbals often cost a lot in relation to the drums themselves. You don't want to get stuck with cymbals that have a short sustain, especially if you play a lot of clubs.
Also check out vintage instrument shops for used cymbals... Depending on the type of music you play, older cymbals may sound better depending on the level of oxidation.
