How do I increase my drumming speed?
I want to know some good exercises that will increase the speed of my drum rolls and kickdrum beats, the problem with my speed now is that when ever i try to go really fast, ill it a point where my muscles will just stiffen up and i start to slow down in both my arms and legs, so what are some exercises to get really really fast drumming especially drum rolls
pushups? weight lifting maybe...?
